They have a good costumer service with fast response but they aren’t that great to send the item when they say they will... but would still buy from them again because of the costumer service. I think it’s important to be able to communicate with the place I am buying from and I could do that here :)

Despite the situation we are experiencing due to COVID-19, I received my figure earlier than expected. The packaging is excellent, plastic bubbles to protect the box of the figure and paper to wrap the box. The figure is in perfect condition. Free shipping over 300 euros. I recommend buying on their website.

I had no problem with my order and once the figure was in stock I received it within a week.
