I messaged them back and said I don't mind buying a damaged figure for less and they responded with
"I'm sorry this time. It turned out to be so damaged that it couldn't be sold. I would like to make a refund. sorry"

Sooo I guess they realized I wouldn't hesitate to call them out on it being a bootleg :( sad day. one day we'll all get her for an amazing price!
