the dreaded bottom shelf...Ask MFCVorigeVolgendeVorigeVolgende

I just have my Nendoroid boxes and a nesoberi in there, haha.

+1 for BESTA from Ikea. I got the 23 5/8x15 3/4x15 frame last year for my single Detolf, as far as I can tell it's holding up great and serves it's purpose of raising the Detolf while also being a tiny bit of extra box storage. Actually raising the Detolf was scary as hell, though. I'm 5'2 and my mom is maybe 5'5 at most, so it was a real fun challenge lifting heavy, fragile glass. Still makes me anxious! But the Detolf has settled well and doesn't even creak when walking on the hardwood floor surrounding it now. :)

I took the suggestions from MFC and bought a BESTA from IKEA. Now my DETOLF is raised up high and I can see all figures.

i use mine for plushies and other goods that aren't as fragile!

I actually just rearranged my whole collection and updated my bottom shelf. It's kind of the "everything else" shelf and I also threw in some stuff that I just don't want to get dusty.




Even though it's the bottom shelf and some things are really small, I have some pretty brightly colored figures/collectibles there so I think that helps draw the eye! Maybe someday I'll get some LED lights to place along the base and further draw attention.

I have a LACK shelf that I display my bigger items on, and the bottom shelf has been empty for a while. I'm terrified of putting anything there, because it's right at kick-height.:/

My set or rudsta spare me the problem, the bottom shelf is high enough to see it well and below it there's a space for boxed figures that's still well visible
That's one of the main reasons that pushed me into rudsta
