Hello everyone!

I have a quick question about a weird spot/stain on my 1/4 scale Akeno figure
(ITEM #198551). As I was dusting my figures today, I noticed Akeno had this weird stain/spot on her leg under her fish nets

Does anyone know what or why it happened? Also is there anyway to get rid of it?

Please and thank you!

Looks like a tattoo Of something or a signature got erase, or just paint/color came off the stocking when the figure was was hot/ warm just when they put on the stocking onto the figure.

About temperatures, humidity is very bad, it will ruins figures or anything else, I got a very nice desk, was living in a 100% humid place, about less then 2 year, the desk started to rust, figures won’t last long, even AC on all the time year around. Even seal in there Oem box inside the shipping box. Only option u need to get some moisture absorber pack.

this happened before with my 1/6 Matsuri Tougetsu figure. A great solution is to get a Q- tip and dip it in water and soap and carefully clean the stain away. Try it out for yourself if this works! :)

Technically, I live in a desert like climate (which is far different where I use to live where there were a lot of hills). I just hope none of my other bunnies start having the same issue Akeno has. I care about them too much for them to experience that problem.

take1232 jaar geleden#33810573Did you get her as a preorder or new sealed (1st gen oldest version)? Am wondering about the risk levels of buying old stock.

Thank you Heavenly_Okaku for the advice! I may try this as well. I am not a very good seamstress, so maybe I can get my mom to help me.
Heavenly_Otaku2 jaar geleden#33797817Suggestion: Use the stitch unpicker to separate the stocking from the base of the foot to her derriere, along the length where they have been stitched together.
www.google.co.i...
Then use undiluted Iso-proply Alcohol(Propanol) on the Qtip, and gently rub away the stain from the skin of the figure.
You may consider to have just the legs, till the length of the stocking to be submerged in washing powder water to have the excess ink on the stocking to be removed and rinse them in clean water afterwards. There should be no problem on the PVC by doing so.
Finally, stitch the stocking back again using using a black thread the way they were. Any minor scratches that may occur during this process would be hidden.

AnimeCowgirl332 jaar geleden#33810428Thank you for the advice take123! This is the only bunny girl I have that has done this. All my bunny girls are not in direct sunlight and there is an air vent always blowing cold air by them, so I don't know why it happened. Since my room is very dimly lit, I don't notice the stain too much, but if it bothers me too much, I may get another one of her.

Thank you RockGodItachi! I have had this figure for 2 years (since her re-release date) and bought her from AmiAmi. I actually may contact GSC to see if they can do anything about it and if it hits a dead end, then it is okay. My room is dimly lit and cold air is always blowing in, so I am not sure what happened. Maybe it is because I live in a hot climate (a desert)? Thank you again for the advice!
RockGodItachi2 jaar geleden#33797477I have a similar problem with my 1/4 Satellizer, the black arm bands have stained her arms and the fact it's bled into the paint means that sadly unless I result to drastic measures such as nail varnish remover (which is literally the last result as it strips paint, so don't do it really!), I cannot remove it. How long have you had this figure? Dd you buy her from a shop like AmiAmi etc? If it's only been a few months then you may be able to get a replacement under a manufacturer fault if it's longer than that though you could (it would be a long shot) contact Good Smile Company and see if they can get FREEing to offer a replacement, as you can't contact FREEing directly. I did this and GSC were very sorry but alas because Satellizer is an older figure they no longer had any left or replacement parts, so I'm stuck with mine but you never know you may be able to get some assistance from them. :)
