I'd guess they're reputable, yes, but best avoided. Apparently they act as 'middle men' since their express shipping takes... 6 weeks average from what I can tell. Last but not least, reading some of this feedback, even hardcover books seem to arrive damaged, how the hell do you manage that.

I can only imagine what would happen to poor Louna.

I don't trust their escalation system too much. And yeah, even "fulfilled by Amazon" means they can relay the listing mistake to the seller, who isn't Amazon. But who knows lol, you may get something out of all of this :P

And yes, I pointed out their own price discrepancy versus the marketplace sellers for the same ASIN, and inquired if this meant they had the wrong price listed, or the wrong item linked. I thought buying an item and being shipped the wrong thing twice would prove my point, but their customer service is too inept to remedy the catalog issue or escalate it to someone who can.
As for why? I guess I've got too much free time on my hands, lol.

Amazon won't send you the correct item since it's not them who are selling, it's a third-party. They list the correct price of $84.99 even in the alien icetray listing.
